Individual & Team Sessions

Team Mini-Sessions

Coordinate your team and schedule mini-sessions at your location or in-studio. These sessions are often done for seniors (but can include underclassmen as well) and can be used to create senior recognition banners as part of the process. Your athletes will have custom created concepts for each pose-grouping; banner design fees are included.

Mini-Session Sitting Fee: $50 per athlete (results in 6+ individual poses/designs each)
Finished Digital Photos: $10.95 each (quantity discounts available)
Recognition Banner 2’x3′ Prints: $45 each

Required Minimum Participants

In order to utilize the Mini-Sessions pricing, you must have at least 6 individuals participating or there will be a minimum charge of $300; banner printing is not required.

Banner Details

Banners include grommets. Standard 10-14 day turn around; for express 4-7 day creations add $25 per banner. Pricing is subject to change as material costs fluctuate.

Customized Pricing

Every team may be a little bit unique based on the number of athletes and the end results you are attempting to accomplish. Reach out to us and we will customize a package around your needs and goals.

Private Sessions

Arrange a private session at our location (Smith Street Studio in Yorktown, IN) to highlight your favorite hobbies in a dynamic way that captures your personality and displays the energy you bring to the sport.

With private sessions, you will be getting a more personalized outcome with customized concepts and images in your poses that best reflect your personality, in contrast to the team mini-sessions which utilize a common theme across all athletes per pose.

Private Sitting Fee: $150 for one hour, $225 for two hours
Finished Digital Photos: $19.95 each (quantity discounts available)

Team POster Group Photo

We can help you create a sport’s team feature poster that highlights your players, schedule, and sponsors while utilizing a single team photo. Photography and design for a poster that uses just one group photograph is $150.

Team Photo

We will coordinate with your schedule to take a team group photo at your desired location.

Printing Costs

We print here in town to support local businesses; if you have a favorite vendor, let us know.

Team Poster Compositions

If you would like to have a composition poster designed that draws on multiple images to share your schedule, sponsors, and feature different players, those are currently priced at $250 each; requires athletes to have participated in a mini-session.

Individual Photos Required

In order to create a composition image poster, we need to capture studio quality images of each athlete during a mini-session.
